Who are the top Las Vegas Raiders of all time? Here is our top 10 countdown:
10. Willie Brown: the franchise leader with 39 career interceptions, Brown spent 12 of his 16 NFL seasons in a Raiders uniform; a 7x Pro Bowler and 4x All-Pro with the team, the Hall of Fame cornerback won both a Super Bowl and an AFL title in the silver-and-black.
9. Ted Hendricks: a member of both the 1970s and 1980s All-Decade Teams at outside linebacker, Hendricks spent the second half of his career with the Raiders franchise (nine seasons), earning four Pro Bowl and two All-Pro selections while winning three of his four career Super Bowl titles.
8. Fred Biletnikoff: the namesake of the Biletnikoff Award for the best receiver in college football, Biletnikoff was also one of the NFL’s early pass-catching stars, making six Pro Bowl and two All-Pro Teams and winning both a Super Bowl and AFL title; upon retirement, he was the Raiders’ all-time career receiving leader.
7. Tim Brown: despite being overshadowed in his prime by the likes of Jerry Rice and Cris Carter, Brown was as consistent as they came, racking up nine straight 1,000-yard season and Pro Bowl selections en route to owning nearly every major receiving record for the Raiders.
6. Howie Long: one of the best defensive linemen of his generation, Long racked up 84.0 sacks during his 13-year Raiders career; in addition to eight Pro Bowls and two All-Pro Teams, Long won a Super Bowl with the franchise and was named Defensive Player of the Year in 1985.

Marcus Allen: though he at times shared the backfield with Bo Jackson and saw his relationship with Raiders owner Al Davis deteriorate towards the end of his decade plus tenure, Allen remains by far the leading rusher in franchise history; he was dominant in his prime with five Pro Bowl and two All-Pro selections, setting a then-NFL record with 2,314 yards from scrimmage during his 1985 MVP season and also winning Super Bowl XVIII MVP honors.
4. Jim Otto: one of the greatest centers in NFL history, Otto never missed a game for the Raiders during his 15-year career, making a dozen straight Pro Bowls with 10 All-Pro selections while winning an AFL title in 1967.
3. Ken Stabler: known as the “Snake” for his wily ways, Stabler was the rare left-handed quarterback; a 4x Pro Bowler and 1x All-Pro, he won the MVP in 1974 and led the Raiders to victory in Super Bowl XI, retiring as the franchise’s all-time leading passer.
2. Art Shell: forming a Hall of Fame left side of the offensive line with guard Gene Upshaw, Shell was a dominant 8x Pro Bowl and 2x All-Pro left tackle who played 15 seasons with the Raiders and led the team to a pair of Super Bowl titles.
1. Gene Upshaw: the only player in NFL history to appear in the Super Bowl in three different decades with the same team, Upshaw was a rock at left guard during his 15 years with the Raiders with seven Pro Bowls, five All-Pro nods, and a pair of Super Bowl titles plus an AFL title.
